What our AMC includes
Every contract is written around your case load, system age and uptime target rather than a fixed template. The baseline scope covers:
- Scheduled preventive maintenance visits with a documented checklist
- Unlimited breakdown callouts and engineer labour
- Software, calibration and image-quality support
- Priority parts dispatch against the contract SLA
- Digital service reports and downtime/MTTR tracking in the customer portal
Choosing between AMC and CMC
An AMC keeps your annual spend low and predictable on labour, with parts quoted as needed. A CMC folds parts into the contract so that a detector, board or tube failure does not become an unbudgeted capital event. For scanners past seven years of service, or for sites where downtime directly costs revenue, comprehensive cover is usually the better economics.
Systems we contract for
Philips Brilliance (6, 16, 40 and 64-slice), Philips Ingenuity CT / Core / Elite, Philips MX-series, GE Brightspeed Edge / Elite / Excel, GE Brivo CT 385, GE Optima CT 520 / 540 / 660 and GE Discovery CT 750 HD. We also contract for installations the OEM has de-supported, backed by our own spare-parts inventory.
How a contract starts
We begin with a paid or free health-check visit depending on the system, record its present condition and open faults, then quote the contract scope line by line. Once signed, PM dates are scheduled for the full year and your team gets portal access for reports and service history.
