These are the assemblies we replace most often on Philips CT scanners. GHOST board / PCB
The GHOST board is the gantry host controller on Philips CT systems. It supervises the rotating gantry electronics and passes commands and status between the host computer and the gantry subsystems.
View partCouch control board / PCB
The couch control board drives and monitors patient table movement — vertical lift, horizontal travel, position feedback and the interlocks that stop the couch safely. It is the board that receives the movement commands and reports table position back to the scanner.

The table inverter supplies the variable drive power that moves the patient couch smoothly and holds it in position under load.
View partCouch power board
The couch power board distributes and regulates the supply rails used by the table drive, brakes and position sensors. It supplies power only — it does not command table movement.

The IBOX PCB handles interface and interconnect duties between the gantry control chain and the surrounding subsystems.

The CGMP board is part of the gantry control and monitoring chain, handling supervision signals for the rotating assembly.

The spindle block carries the mechanical drive assembly for couch travel, converting motor rotation into smooth linear movement.

The R2D converter handles data conversion across the rotating-to-stationary boundary of the CT gantry.

Vicor DC-DC modules provide regulated supply rails to boards across the gantry and control racks.
View partDetector modules (TDMS/UDMS)
TDMS and UDMS detector modules capture the X-ray signal after it passes through the patient. Each module covers a fixed segment of the detector arc.
View partGreen detector module
The green detector module variant is fitted on specific Philips CT detector generations and must be matched to the detector arc already installed.
View partRCOM
RCOM handles communication on the rotating side of the gantry, carrying control and status traffic between the rotating electronics and the host.

The DPU processes detector data on its way to reconstruction, packaging raw projections for the reconstruction chain.

DMS fans hold the detector assembly at a stable temperature. Detector output drifts with temperature, so cooling directly affects image quality.

Axial fans cool gantry racks, power modules and control electronics throughout the system.
View partA-plane collimator
The A-plane collimator shapes the X-ray beam before it reaches the patient, defining slice width and controlling scattered dose.

The ACCU power control board manages accumulator and power-control functions in the gantry power chain.

The RHOST board is the rotating-side host controller, coordinating the electronics that travel with the gantry rotor.

The system control board coordinates power-up, interlocks and top-level control signalling across the CT scanner.

The cathode power module supplies the cathode side of the high-voltage generator feeding the X-ray tube.
View partAnode power module
The anode power module supplies the anode side of the high-voltage chain driving the X-ray tube.
View partHigh speed starter board
The high speed starter board spins the X-ray tube anode up to operating speed and holds it there during exposures.
View partACS / horizontal motion controller
The ACS horizontal motion controller drives and supervises the horizontal (in/out) travel of the patient couch, holding the commanded position and feeding table position back to the scanner.
