We take the console error code and system log over the phone, identify the likely assembly, and send an engineer with that spare already in hand. Annual Maintenance Contracts
AMC and CMC agreements are scoped to the age of the system and how heavily it is loaded. A labour-only AMC suits sites that prefer to buy parts as needed; a comprehensive contract fixes the annual cost including major items. Both include scheduled preventive maintenance visits, calibration, QA checks and a written uptime commitment.

Installation & Commissioning
New and pre-owned CT installations are handled end to end — site survey, verification of power, earthing, chilled water and air-conditioning readiness, rigging and gantry positioning, network integration with PACS, then full calibration and acceptance testing before the system is handed over for clinical use.

De-installation & Relocation
Moving a CT scanner safely is mostly preparation. We de-energise and disconnect the system, lock and pack the gantry and table for transport, supervise transit, then re-commission and recalibrate at the new site, with the documentation a relocation needs for regulatory and insurance purposes.

Spare Parts Supply
