Faults we handle
Our engineers work across the whole CT chain rather than a single subsystem, which is what makes single-visit resolution possible on most calls:
- X-ray tube arcing, thermal shutdowns, dose and mA instability
- Detector channel failures, ring and streak artefacts, calibration drift
- Gantry rotation, slip-ring and drive faults
- Patient table travel, positioning accuracy and drive errors
- Generator and high-voltage faults
- Power distribution and supply failures, boot and reset problems
- Console, reconstruction and image-transfer software faults
- Chiller and cooling system problems
How the repair process works
Call or raise a service request with the error codes and a description of the fault. We triage remotely, identify the probable subsystem, and dispatch an engineer with the likely spares already in hand. On site the engineer confirms root cause, repairs or replaces the item, re-runs the required calibration and acceptance checks, and issues a digital service report before leaving.
Spare parts backing every repair
Repairs stall when parts do not arrive. We hold in-house inventory of Philips and GE CT spares — tubes, detector assemblies, boards, motors, cables and power modules — and dispatch by air within 24 hours of order confirmation to any Indian city. You can search the catalogue by part number or CT model on our spare parts pages.
