Couch Control Board / PCB (with or without CPM) for Philips CT scanners
Not the same as the couch power board: The control board handles movement commands, position feedback and interlocks. If the table is completely dead with no LEDs or repeatedly blown fuses, the fault is usually on the couch power board instead.
The couch control board drives and monitors patient table movement — vertical lift, horizontal travel, position feedback and the interlocks that stop the couch safely. It is the board that receives the movement commands and reports table position back to the scanner.
Typical symptoms: Couch will not move up/down or in/out, drifting or inaccurate table position, couch errors during a scan protocol, and intermittent movement that stops halfway.
What we supply: Available with or without the CPM module, supplied on exchange basis only, with field engineer fitment and post-fit position calibration. All items are bench tested and ESD packed, and our field engineers can install, calibrate and document the replacement for your service records.
