Couch Power Board for Philips CT scanners
Not the same as the couch control board / PCB: The power board only feeds the rails. If the table has power but moves erratically, drifts, or reports position errors, the couch control board is the part to look at.
The couch power board distributes and regulates the supply rails used by the table drive, brakes and position sensors. It supplies power only — it does not command table movement.
Typical symptoms: Dead table with no indicator LEDs, blown fuses that recur, brake not releasing, and intermittent power loss when the couch is loaded.
What we supply: Supplied on exchange basis only after bench test, with a check of incoming site power during installation. All items are bench tested and ESD packed, and our field engineers can install, calibrate and document the replacement for your service records.
