Parts are supplied on exchange basis only against return of your original unit, and each unit is bench tested and packed in ESD-safe material before dispatch.

Compatibility is listed against Philips and GE CT scanner platforms. Because Philips and GE re-use assemblies across generations, many boards, cables, detector modules and power components carry equivalent alternative numbers — send us the number stamped on your existing part and we will confirm the correct fit and any superseding revision.

Service availability covers all-India supply with field engineer support for installation, calibration and post-fit verification, plus AMC/CMC contracts, breakdown call-outs and exchange supply of tested assemblies.
